    With the amount of exercise that we have indulged in on this holiday (another 5km run for me this morning) the two staircases in our apartment and sore legs from controlling the rudder pedals on yesterday's kayaks, our muscles scream for rest!     ... actually to wash my clothes so that they smell nice- wow! I appreciate all the little things of normal life so much more now that I have been a backpacker.
