... potato chips. We were flying British Airways from Nice to London (Heathrow), where we would sleep overnight, before flying on to Calgary at 1pm the following day. We spent the afternoon at Lac de Saint-Cassien playing on the pedal boats. Chris ...

A lot of our time was spent laying on the beach, as Lorraine got darker and Jake got whiter by the second. Just the opposite of what each of us wanted. One quick tip for anyone who visits Nice, pack some sort of water shoes because the beach is a rocky one ...

    ... 17 years old.

I didn’t find there to be too much to see in Nice, so after one day of walking about (and eating a pound of sour gummy candy) I called it quits and spent the next day relaxing and planning my next week. I have settled on a plan for Italy, now. I will go along the western coast to Florence, go down the middle to Rome, then further down to Naples before I cross the country for a ferry to Greece. No Venice for me this trip. Just too far out of the way, and I ...
