    ... the a vine can last for 100 yrs (but they change them after maybe 20 which requires a 4 year fallow period to ensure any old bugs have died out)
    Each vine generates 1 bottle (and the chateau supplies 100 000 bottles per year)
    It's certainly not just getting a kit or following a basic recipe to be successful.

    ... sitting and people watching. Not really Tracy's thing plus we were running out of time if we wanted to get to Biot before dark. Antibes, Cannes and Biot are all pretty close to Nice so not far to drive. We wound our way up to Biot which is on a mountain, and wow another pretty little town.     ... Hottie…… the Florist was a handsome French guy with long hair and beautiful blue eyes, such a charmer!! Once Rob saw this guy he rushed in and made his presence known!! I think even Rob was in awe! Ha ha!! But unfortunately France will be losing a handsome young man as he plans to live in Beijing next year!!
