Each barrel costs around $600, or about $2 per bottle. The barrels are only used about 3 times then sold as used barrels. The wine is put into a new barrel every 3 months.

    ... near us said, "Yes please!" He was from the UK and appreciated having an English menu. On seeing the English version, we realised we had just about worked everything out with our limited French.
