... was a typical Spanish meal, (according to Susan who prepared most of it) and it was spectacular. A great salad with tomatoes, green pepper, spring onions and olives plus chick peas for the vegetarians and tuna for the meat eaters. Fresh and delicious, it’s a salad I will add to my summer meal repertoire. (Plus bread and cheese and grilled chicken and the wonderful cake with cream and lemon filling and strawberries…everything was great and I left the table very full.)

Barcelona also has other clubs in lower categories, like CE Europa and UE Sant Andreu. Palau Sant Jordi (St. George's sporting arena) and Montjuïc Communications Tower Barcelona has two UEFA elite stadiums: FC Barcelona's Camp Nou, the largest stadium in ...

... would pilgrimage to for guidance and miracles. As their popularity grew, the church got involved, a black madonna was found in a nearby cave and soon a monastery was being built on the mountain (so no black-skinned virgin in the south of France but there is one in Spain). The monastery is still operational and the mountain is now a big tourist and pilgrimage destination, with restaurants, shops, boarding school for the boys choir, etc. It's an incredible ...
