Awoke to a very bright beautiful pale blue light, what you might imagine to be a painters light and the sun sent a golden beam across the water of the lagoon. There were two men fishing with rods in the middle of the water, which at first sight did not seem unusual, until we realised they were standing!! This makes the water about 3/4 feet deep. We thought we would find the old town and followed the signs in, we did as it turned out choose a ...

... Phil got back with Tess, the monster motor home behind us opened its back hatch to put their car away! This wasn't a motor home it was as big as a big coach with a garage. It had a winch inside to pull the car up the ramps and within mins they were off. It was only a short drive to Gruissan where the aire is huge, it can take up to 80 vans, although not that many this time of year. We are parked up about 100ft from the sea but its ...

The one we chose was a general retreat accepting defeat and headed into Bezier for the first of the 'Gavin chose this' B&B. Now, I already commented that Nickys approach was largely governed by ...

and yes it was a bit peculiar if I must say so myself, but hey it was food.
We were due to land any minute now however the pilot informed us that he
was not able to land and this time, everyone on the plane just gasped,
its alright guys were not going to die.

Second time round we landed, in sunny France.

... than 5 mins), and just made it to the bus for a sweet 50 cents. Bus took 30 mins to get to Valras beach. Now this was much better than Mole beach at Agdes. The bus stopped at the start of a typical beach shop street, we had the most extreme ice cream I have had in my life. Then we picked up a map at tourist info, which as ever was really good and staff helpful. Then we went to the beach itself. This was much more inviiting, with quite ...
