Siiiiiiiiii
... Mallorca was the first place we’ve been where it hasn’t rained while we’ve been touring although, we only missed the storm by a couple of hours – by nine o’clock it was wild and the sea was quite rough although in a ship this size, it doesn’t move around that much.
Pictures will have to follow after I unload the camera
More when we hit Tunis on Suzanne’s birthday.
... br>We ended up going to a large club in the center of the city. It was probably the largest club that I've ever seen. This place was huge! I ended up dancing with the girls until about 4 am when I was beginning to get very sleepy and returned to the yacht. I didn’t bring my cell phone and when I got back the passarelle was raised up to prevent anyone from getting aboard. There is always a Duty Officer on duty and part of their job to welcome and ...
Palma, Balearic Islands, Spain and Canary Islands mylifesjourneyWe arrived in Cala de Calobra around 5:30. We anchored in the small bay and took a tender to shore. The little village has a small pier along one side of a steep hill and the village is crowded on the hillside raising between two much larger and steeper hills. The whole thing looks like some Hollywood set because of its idyllic setting on the small bay. There are several bars and restaurants where we got drinks and ate an early dinner.
sa Calobra, Balearic Islands, Spain mylifesjourney... lunch was served buffet style on the main deck so everyone could eat at their leasure and were it was the most convenient for them.
Waterskiing is very exhausting and after a few hours of playing on the water, the crew loaded everything up and we headed down to coast to the small village of sa Calobra on the Cala de Calobra.
... cave tour we took the heli to the yacht which was approaching Minorca island when we landed aboard. It was close to 6 PM, so we washed up and had dinner on the sun deck at 7 PM while we watched the sunset and as we entered long entrance to the Mahón harbor, the second deepest natural harbor in the world.
Porto Cristo, Balearic Islands, Spain and Canary Islands mylifesjourney... from Germany. Good music, dancing starts up. We leave at 1:30 to catch the last bus. I am relying on my roommate who is totally confident about the schedule. Well, we wait with others but find out the last bus left awhile back. We need to find a cab which is difficult since everyone is trying to get to a bar/club somewhere. We finally get one. A late night by my standards but just starting to get going. My back could not take any more.
Palma, Balearic Islands, Spain and Canary Islands will.traveller... In order to make the weight limit, I take all the really dense stuff like books, electronics … and put them into my day bag which I sling over 1 shoulder to make it look light (there is a weight limit on carry on too which I am way, way over). I also have a shopping bag packed full of stuff. I am right at the weight limit but make it.
At the airport I see my first Starbucks which has $6 for a large brewed coffee. Never-the-less, most people have one.

Maths in the square at night, being awesome at the quiz, teaching it to swim, vodka and top trumps each night, the boy crying about play club, the boy loving play club, the convertible red beast (megane), fred dancing with me, all the AWFUL people that go to those places (us not included)
Majorca, Balearic Islands, Spain thesanchez... had tons of beer and the house invited another round for all 15 of us after the match ended. That was the beer that ended up killing me. I was doing fine till then, but that final beer made me realize I could have no more. Ed felt the same. Totally giddy, we walked out of the bar towards a Dutch bar where everyone was wearing orange shirts, flags and clogs. And we did the unthinkable. We walked in with our opposing colors. Surprisingly, we were greeted happily ...
