On Monday after our morning swim we decided to do the coastal walk from the town centre around as far as we could go past the beaches and hotels. ... the chickens out to the North Sea! Chicken coops, dead and alive chickens went with the wind and out they went. never to be replaced. today Orkney specialises in cattle and sheep. A bit like King Island does in the Tasman Sea. so back to today, we do hope the breeze starts up again tomorrow as we start our bus tour up the west coast of Turkey - not the Scottish definition of breeze, just your every day Aussie ...
