    The waiter arrives and takes our order. I order 12 slices of pizza thinking that they were small slices but instead huge pizza slices arrive and even though we first thought we would struggle to eat them we finished them off.
    Tummies full we make our way to the platform where we want to catch the train to Stresa. Well what an ordeal that was! Michael had purchased regional train tickets which cost €8.50 ...

    We are sitting at Milan airport and enjoying the cool change - only mid 30's today and reading the Melbourne papers that tell me we are landing at 530am on a day when the max is likely to be 5 or 6 degrees....imagine how cold it will be at 530am at the airport....heavy coat is ready

    ... accommodation - Borgo Le Terrazze, shortly before a pair of Lotus Evos turned up. The views are staggering though. Utterly staggering. In the evening we walked into Bellagio in the heat of the evening and ate top pasta and steak once again this time at Trattoria San Giacomo.
