Fruit and veggies are not self serve, and we have to wait a while for help. The cashier is clearly annoyed that I have no change, and burdens me with a huge pile of coins in my change. Dinner is in the hotel restaurant where we continue to get amazingly friendly service. Soup and pasta is pretty good with un mezzo litro of house ...

After a while we all met for lunch at a pizza place on the Riva, and then after a light lunch Brian, Cheryl and I waited for Dianne to get her hair done. Brian decided to go over to the marina to look at the boats coming in. I stayed at the bar with Cheryl, and caught up on some sleep. After a short time we all met up and decided to make our way back to the apartment.

... couple days after that. There was a pool, fresh fruit from the garden, and of course, delicious home cooked Italian meals. It was such a fun and relaxing week and we could not be more grateful to have had this opportunity here in Italy. We have been so lucky and we're not sure why, but hoping it ...
