Flying NRT-FRA on Lufthansa Airbus 380
... Checked out of the hotel and boarded the bus to NRT. I wanted to leave for the airport at 6:30 a.m., but the hotel’s first shuttle departs at 7. I could have taken a train at 6:31, but decided to wait for the 7:00 bus so I could get an extra half-hour’s sleep. I ended up having plenty of time to enjoy the ANA Suite Lounge, so it worked out fine.

Nooooooooo! My picture perfect castle was one big pile of scaffold!!
We went to inquire about tours and to check out the horse ride to the
top. My vision of Tom and I gently trotting through the snow to the
fairytale castle was slowly self destructing as we realised that the
horse drivers smoke and have a cranky attitude and ram up to 14 people
