Close encounters of the weird kind
... out obviously thinking about the imminent virus. I coaxed him to just dangle his leg in and so he sat down on the jetty which promptly submerged his bum in the water. When I pointed out that his bum hole was in fact in the water now so he was already infected he sighed mournfully and slid into the water like the man he needed to be. I joined him and the swim turned out to be short overly warm and soupy - thoroughly underwhelming.
