... street in Hakata comprised of some 130 shops. We found some interesting shops where we bought some small Hakata type ornaments as well as an art print at at paper shop. We had our lunch at the shopping arcade at LA Hamburger shop. We had burgers, fries, beer, and coffee - an all-American meal. We made a short stop at a nearby shrine called Kushida Shrine. ... we hopped onto a bus that took us to the starting point of our boat ride along the network of canals that flow through the city. It was a beautiful sunny day - perfect!
