Nothing special about it. Nothing bad, nothing good. Had to go to the front desk to get an ironing board and iron, but they had them.

Timing constraints led me to contrast my experiences of the natural beauty of the west with a handful of nocturnal views of the man-made variety. Unfortunately on two counts, I was unable to capture pics of the Hoover Dam in its full glory as the dam was under construction with limited exposure and due to ...

Returned to one of our favorite parks, where we can stay for half price using our Passport America membership. So much to do here in San Diego...and we covered a lot of it! We rented a sailboat and sailed on Mission Bay, we took a Whale Watching Cruise and saw LOTS of dolphins AND a humpback whale, we enjoyed relaxing by the ocean's shore. Tons of pictures to post - later!

... went for the maximum at level 5. I am not sure if this was a good decision as we were thrown all over the place.

We then stumbled upon a putt putt golf course and I had to have a go. Eighteen holes, complete with water squirting skunks and bears in the trees. It was good fun and Tom was the eventual winner.

After this we checked out mini land which had scale models in Lego of different scenes from many Star Wars movies as well as several American ...
