Dinner was at Toscana - we were in the back and rather rowdy for such a sedate dining room! We celebrated Lee's birthday in style.

Dinner was sublime - the artichoke timbale was simply out of this world! Just superior...MUST have this recipe - probably takes a LOT of work, but we can do it!

... climbs in our granny gear at a speed of about 8 km an hour. Rowe was slightly stronger on the hills and was probably doing about 10 kph. ... really nice people plus their place is a fantastic place to stay. We stayed in their La Lady room that had pop-art as the theme and was the most beautiful of all!
