... I wasn't really in the mood for them doing this and waking me up, but I didn't complain and security was not called on me for the first time on the trip. I arrived Saipan early and my hotel arranged an airport pick up for free. The airport was 15 minutes away from the hotel. It was a little pricey for me at $71/night. ... place here, and learned about the invasion, which is considered the D-day of the Pacific. The war history in Saipan is quite unique, and after learning more it made me wonder how I have never heard of it. That was capped off by driving around the southern part of the island seeing all the different beaches that were part of the invasion.

The next day was the big Hawkeye game! We both watched every second of it at Marcia's firm, which was the first game ...
