But, it's quite pricey. We spent 400,000+ there. After lunch, we headed to pasar baru. It's a place for Muslims to shop. So yup spent around 2 hrs there. After which we headed back to the hotel because it was raining heavily and it was alr 5+pm Total amt spent= ...

We could fit in, but the bikes couldn't, so ...

... which was cause for much hilarity as our tour guide very confidently told us Pasteur had lived there...we had to consult Google to confirm this amazing fact, only to find no evidence of said residence). We drove through the Dago area with its many factory outlets, interesting little cafes and boutique hotels, though maybe not so French anymore but more a mish-mash of European - many many Casas and Villas. Next stop - lunch at Warong Lela in Lembeng after ...

... by more cloud and haze. Well, early in the mornng we can often see the mountains before the haze comes in. In fact, I can even see the plumes of smoke and poisonous cloud spewing out of Mount Tangkuban Perahu which I've been notified of by the Canadian Consulate - advising me to stay at least 1.5km away from it. Well, that's kind of cool that I can see dense, white clouds coming out of the earth behind mountains so I can't even see the actual volcano.
