... for the ride was 4 hours!!!! We gave it a miss.... Right! Next stop....Springfield! This was a great area with all our favourites from The Simpsons. We went on the Simpsons ride, yet another visual simulation ride. These guys (Universal) are brilliant at these. You get movement, visual stimulation and in most rides patches of heat or water or both. We had some lunch here - Krusty Burger, The Ribwitch, Curly Fries and Duff Beer. Went into the Horror Make-Up show where we got a ...

I just wanted to get out of the heat and was annoyed every time they added fire to the show cos it just made it hotter. There were about 4 or 5 main singers dressed up in African clothes and lots of dancers and acrobats in African animal costumes, much like the musical. They sang songs from the Lion King. The kids loved it!

Having never been to Discovery Cove I was excited to finally be going there, especially because they give you unlimited free food and beer for the full day! Having been on no less than 3 previous occasions, Kirsty quickly got me up to speed and after a nice breakfast we were into our wet suits and ready to go exploring.

Our first stop was the Otters and Monkeys, now just clear this ...

... we were given some "Skinny Cow" ice lollies called "Skinny Dippers" which we all found quite amusing lol. Just before we landed we hit some turbulence and things got a little rocky. As we landed poor Tabari was sick :(. We ended being the last ones off the flight so he could have a little recovery time. Thankfully we were told we beat the competitors to land in Orlando so customs would be empty. It was not bad at all. The kids insisted on being finger printed (if only they ...
