... condition whenever possible). A couple of noteworthy items from this portion of the tour - those are Evel Kneivel's original medical x-rays hanging on the wall showing just some of the broken bones he experienced over the years (his family donated them!); and that "Honda" you see on the rack in the Archives pic is actually a Buell in disguise. In order to keep a low profile while doing road tests through ...

... I headed to the HD Museum's bike night. Unless you've experienced other bike events it is really hard to adequately describe the scene when I arrived. It was immediately obvious that this place is truly the "mecca" for Harley riders. There are a few restaurants and bars, but mostly the backside of buildings. We stopped a few people to get directions and advice. One gentleman told us about the Third Ward where there were some restaurants and bars! The Third Ward is about a block off the River Walk.

Saw the Pedal Tavern, just like Cincinnati's Pedal Wagon. And, guess ...

It's hard to believe that after eight months of planning, we're only four short days away from leaving for our Irish adventure. We've put in countless weekends of research (helped by a long, cold winter) and have finalized our ten day itinerary.

Among a few things, we're looking forward to the following highlights:

    • Causeway Crossing 50k race along the northern coastline.
    • Historic sights such as Newgrange, the ...
