    ... time a year ago called The Waffel House. Sunday brunch consisted of a giant waffel (DUH), two eggs, two sausage patties, hash browns, 4 pieces of toast and a cuppa joe. It took me awhile to put it all away and when I was finished the waitress wanted to know if I wanted a cup of coffe to go. Yikes, that's never happened before.

    ... and Clewiston, it is interesting to see smoke in the fields. Come to find out it was sugar cane harvesting time. Belle Glades and the surrounding area is called "Muck City" due to the large quantity of muck that sugarcane grows in. Learned that half of the sugarcane in the nation is grown in this area.
