... congratulating ourselves on a safe trip home. Ben took off ahead of me and was quickly out of sight. Another storm loomed up ahead and it looked to be right where we were heading. As I got closer it looked bad but I am thinking I may be able to avoid it. Fittingly, I saw an enormous rainbow reflecting off the mist of the huge storm. The rain gods were having one last shot at me but were still giving me something to smile about.

Our first stop was 175 miles up I-75 just short of Tampa and was for gas only. A quick pit stop thrown in and we were under way. Weather was clear and a little cool without a jacket. Daylight was fully upon us. We made it to Gainesville on the most recent tank of gas and filled up again with less than 4 gallons each.

But even with the countdowns I still can't believe I only have two weeks left in America! I have somehow managed to get my life organized when I was sure it wasn't possible.
My house is 90% boxed up and ready to move next weekend! Surprisingly!
