    ... not that I've eaten potpourri, but you get what I mean).

    Sacred cows that roam the streets... no grass fed beef here (more like trash fed?). They are everywhere, especially in Chennai, where these cows are even decorated with ribbons for celebrations like Pongal.

    It is a land of contrasts:

    • the food is incredibly spicy and their sweets are almost unbearably sweet...
    • there is trash everywhere along the roadside, but ...

    ... that their parents were not dangerously close to becoming unhinged. There were lengthy queues to get in again this morning but the park was pleasantly populated and the lines were reasonable. Got in by 10 and started off with a ride down Main Street on the Omnibus. We spent most of the morning in Adventureland and Toontown.     ... The place is busier than yesterday and it's only going to keep filling up. Hopefully no issues this year like last!
    I head down to the pier and grab a spot in the stands to catch the quarter finals of the Womens event. This is #6 on the tour and it's a close race in the championship so far. With heat 1 over, heat 2 is up and Tyler Wright is in the water. I met Tyler last year so it would be good to se her win her heat!

    ... spy the Hollywood sign on the way and did a bit of people watching. I came to the conclusion that it was all a much less refined version of Times Square, New York. I then made a move towards Dodger Stadium via a short jaunt uphill to catch another sight of 'the sign' and headed east along Sunset Boulevard for the evening's entertainment.
