... boots/chairlift card- why wouldn't you want to ski in the middle of the desert!!! Entrance fee was about 180 dirhams (only $35 aud). You need medium skiing experience (which we both claimed we had- later shat our pants on the ski lift when we saw just how high the lift actually was)!!! After skiing for 1 hour and 40 minutes jason loses his lift card and can't ski any more �� - Jumierah beach- swimming ...

Today it was time for Shaun's second surprise
and then we were off to brunch at Bubbilicious.

Shaun thought we were just going in a taxi to brunch so his face was priceless when a dodge charger limo turned up! We went around the palm in the limo whilst having a few drinks before brunch.

... Dozens upon dozens of fantastic restaurants/Cafes (P. F. Changs Chinese food was fabulous - over looking the Burj fountains, Ive recently seen The Bellagio fountains in Vegas and these are better!) As a trip up the Burj was on the list of things TO DO - its over 200 floors high!!! We booked that too! The Burj at night is something to see, all lit up and twinkling. So the end of our 1st day we slid back to the hotel, shattered! Woo thats just day one!

... cars. They can make an awful lot of money if they have a good camel and the camels themselves sell for around 2 million dirham which is roughly A$ 700,000. The people here pay no taxes but they also do not have any social security unless they are local. If you are not a local, even if you were born here you have to have a job or else you will be deported. A child born to parents who are not part ...
