    19th April - Waited for the rain to ease before driving the 20 minutes to Franklin, one of Tennessee's prettiest towns. Nic and Keith have a house there! Downtown was picture book material with trendy gift shops and eateries. Walked around a bit and then had lunch at Pucketts. Only a ten minute wait compared to the two hour predicted wait the previous night in the Nashville version! More southern food. A short drive out of town past some really nice houses was Carnton Plantation, ...

    ... instead of near the top in the “D” section. Through a few long hallways we encountered 18 dressing rooms, labeled 1-19 because the “13” was left out of the numbering system. We were able to take photographs of the open dressing rooms but unable to step inside, except for Roy Acuff’s room, which was traditionally kept open because it was his tendency to do the same thing.     ... parking lot you can access from the alleyway. The patio area is nice and large..

    I really liked this spot and I would go here again..The prices were right, staff friendly and quick and menu looked adequate...next time will have to try some actual food...lol !!!

    Friday was a great way to start our weekend in Nashville. My day started after sleeping in on Brianna’s couch because it was unusually cold and why pass up a warm bed.
