We had breaky with Clara and Helene while Teresa was out droving the teenage cows. It was lovely chatting with them both! Unexpectedly we were advised to get the van out before the road collapsed. A cold and rainy day today in Kematen. In Alm Tal it was 11 degrees Celsius. We had a relaxing morning. I have been enjoying my time immensely in the kitchen with Gabi. I have learnt so much about the German/Austrian cuisine. Today we made prune dumplings for lunch. We picked the prune plums from their trees and the dough included quark and fine flour.
