    ... 2.5 mph, with rests. Occasionally the wind would drive a short sharp squall ashore but in the main we stayed reasonably dry. We came across a restored hut that had been the workplace of poet and playwright, Ronald Duncan. What views to inspire! Eventually the landscape started to flatten out and we could see Bude, our destination, in the distance .     I awake according to my custom before 5am:

    It's a rest day and we take the time to farewell Ed onto the London train and focus on preparing ourselves for the next stage of this adventure.

    ... Emily's son was the best friend they had to play with.

    We have been advised to try and drop Noddy & Big Ears before we fly to Marrakech as they may be locked up.

    So next stop after we leave Cornwall on Saturday , is to Salisbury and then to Gatwick to catch he flight to Marrakech. We will be staying at the Riad that Jan & Peter recommended
