... It was a great little spot, with a playground and big grassy park nearby. It was a little noisy though from vehicles coming off the bridge and up the road next to us.

Cleaned out as much food as we could, so it was scrambled eggs with bacon and yogurt for dessert.

Last night tonight. Will be packing in the morning and saying our goodbyes to NZ. A bit sad, but excited to be heading home as well.

After a mix up with the booking we were not able to go on the walk we wanted so didn’t get to visit the seal colony but enjoyed the walk we did anyway as we got to drive past some seals on our way there. We got picked up by an AquaTaxi at 10:30 and drove past the seals. We then got dropped off at a bay and walked for about 3 hours to the bay we were getting picked up from. ... lots of bright sunny days but a fair few cloudy and grey and a persistent and quite cool wind.
