... and once again I had to submit to mother nature. I retreated to the beach to lay down and stare into the vast empty space filled with so many little stars above me. Bill: We have played golf four times now. This time we found the Palmilla Beach Golf Club, a new resort course just near the Mustang Island State Park where we stayed this week. This round was a special treat—ocean side views, rolling sand dunes, and we both played great. The Head Pro was very accommodating, the course was immaculate, the staff knowledgeable and informative, and I only lost one golf ball.

After dinner, we stuck around for a couple of hours for visiting. I played a couple of games of FARKLE and Bob visited with Larry Gordon.
Now it's time to relax and get ready for bed. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day starting with breakfast, then a membership meeting.
