... in the snow! Ava went tubing! She thought it was great! It's the first time they've taken Ava and now that they know how it works they will take her again! This is a great way to spend the my last few weeks travelling! I'm definitely happy to be here with family, even if I'm not used to the cold yet! I do miss the sunshine and beaches! ... cream. It was honestly a struggle to finish. The whole experience though was very worth it, as a fan of the Harry Potter series it was very interesting and entertaining. I returned to Shrewsbury on the train and Els and I went out for a few drinks. It started snowing as we walked home, but sadly it was all gone the next day. We lazed around, enjoying our last days of holidays before semester two starts and caught the train back to Hull on Sunday ...
... travel the summer before finding work again. I am keeping my options open for Canada
With just 9 and half months left before this epic trip starts, all I need to do over here is get my visa for Canada, still waiting and get insurance sorted, one way flight ticket and book the hostels in Chicago, Seattle, LA & New York.
Apart from that I just need to save save save.

Headed down to Birmingham to see One Direction on tour (in concert) and also was fortunate enough to meet them also at the New Hall Hotel and Spa (thanks to extremely high taxi fares). Also got an extremely hideous and disastrous picture with Harry... Thanks ...
... rucksack weighs twenty-seven kilograms, a mere four over the limit, whilst my hand luggage is trying to be disguised as a fifteen-kilogram smaller rucksack and a shopping tote full of everything that wouldn’t fit in the other two items. British Airways will charge me £40 for excess checked-in luggage, and £10 for overweight luggage, so either way I’ll be losing some pounds, they just won’t be the ones most girls like to lose. ...
