Anyway, we finally got to our hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our evening in Birmingham.
The next morning saw us returning our hire car and taking the 2.5 hour flight to Malaga. We both loved Spain the last time we visited and made sure that it was back on our list of things to do for this time. Warm weather, paella, friendly Spaniards and more golf courses - what is there not to love?

The day started cloudy and threatening rain but actually held off until about 30 minutes after we moored. Before we left Barlaston we saw our two single handers go by and several minutes later another boat went past.
