... the MCDonalds. Why not? I need wifi. I went inside and asked and I could get 20 minutes, great. Even though it was free I felt bad for standing inside just for wifi so I bought a Latte. It wasn't that bad. And oh happy happy I-don't-know-what, my host had replied! I was so happy. I sat down and enjoyed my Latte. At the table next to me were two ladies, a mother and her mother I assume or maybe aunt, with a little baby. So cute! We talked a bit and they told ...

... 28 year old woman in that moment. I have told myself that should this situation occur again in the future I must prepare myself and bite the bullet. So what if the person says no - you'll never see them again and you'll probably not want to if they can be that rude. The least they could do is give you their business card, even if they ignore your email!

Oh...and the Light Show, that I was so looking forward to, was devastatingly disappointing.

... were lofted about two feet off the ground, so bags could go under them. There was a two foot wide aisle in between them. At the base of one of the beds is the bathroom. The bathroom is about 2.5 X 2.5 feet, no joke, and has a toilet, a shower and a sink. Showering is difficult. With all the people and the small spaces, Hong Kong made me feel a little claustrophobic, a feeling im not used to. After a day or so I acclimatized. I had a bowl of noodles a little ways from ...
