... It a was scary going up and down as it came with a sudden jolt. I didn't fall off thank god. We then were treated to a traditional dinner and ceremony. The food was very spicy and the best was the fresh bread. We saw henna, you know what we did on the glove for art. It was so gunky and it smudged easily. After the hassle of the souk, we headed across the river to'new' Dubai, taking the water taxi for 1DHM - about 15p! The water taxi is basically a wooden boat like a gondala and you just jump on, sit down abruptly and it's off! About 2 mins later you're over the other side, clambering off.

... decent view) - so we paid for normal seats and sat in the VIP seats! About 15 people in the cinema, and a good way to pass a couple of hours. Afternoon tea (at 7pm!) at Cinnabon - never heard of it before today, but it is featured in the movie, so had to come here for their "World Famous Cinnamon Rolls" and coffee... and wi-fi. Back to the hotel to pick up our luggage, then off to the airport for a 2am ...
