      Watertight

      It's been a couple of weeks since the last update due to the Christmas break and no work undertaken The building is now watertight with a roof on (no tiles yet - these are coming tomorrow) and from inside a very strange green glow from the waterproof material The oak beams have been installed and look amazing ... The next few weeks will show more changes with a proper floor and internal wiring ...

      A very wet day today and an extremely one drive home in the wet and murky conditions !!! Did you know that the sign at euro tunnel tells us about restricted access if you have a dog or cat and strangely enough - ferrets !!!! We that changes everything I better take the ferrets out of my trousers next time I use the channel tunnel ...

      ... rebuilt after the allies completely bombed it during world war 2 - wide streets.and modern buildings Evening saw us in an Italian - nothing special - beef bourguignon and lamb shank (pizza for Helen) - actually both just tasted like stew with crushed potatoes. Donna described crushed potatoes as a poor version of mashed potatoes ...

      Dinner time tonight was at A Tavola, Italian restaurant, the only decent rating place #17 in Selby (don't believe all the reviews on Tripadvisor.com especially when Fish & Chips shops and pubs rate 1, 2...16 ). You have got to wonder what meatheads do these reviews.
      Anyway, the service and food at A Tavola was superb....I will do my bit to address the meathead imbalance by submitting an excellent review for this joint!

      ... We left there about 3pm and headed to the Cedar Court Hotel at Huddersfield. We were supposed to have a tour of the Old Trafford Cricket Ground but that didn't happen so we just drove past it. I wish we went inside though because it looked really nice. We finally found the motel after getting lost and having to ask for directions but we got there. We checked in and went to our rooms and ...
