In a sick twist of events, the fog only managed to clear after the 6 hour walk just in time for us to get to the bottom and return to our accommodation. It was only here that we were able to see our sharp, rocky mountain and the potential views we may have been able to experience.

We stayed the night at Zakopane, a little village in the Tatra Mountains.
