    ... up in rows next to each other. We learned from our guide that the children play seldom outside. That turned out to be the case when we came in. All the children were inside. Some of the children sat or lay in bed staring at the ceiling. A sad sight. A hard reality. We'd bought sweets, balloons and bubbles for the children to play with.     Our classes at USTC have begun already and we are now in the new EPC on the East campus.
