This morning was different. I didn't go for a run. I didn't sleep in. I got up early in Baoding (population 11 million) and met Daman, some other Yingli staff, and some of the ASC guys before dawn for an activity. We were going to watch a military march! nearly midnight 9 hours into our 23 hour sleeper train journey and HATING it!! It all started well, looking out the window and wasting the afternoon away but as the sky began to darken so did my mood. I'm hating not being able to see outside, I'm hating the relentless rocking and jolting, I'm hating the roar of metal on metal and I'm hating that I just can't sleep. I guess the thoughts going through my head are all doom and gloom and that's my ...
