Visiting Grandma!
On Tuesday we went to visit shuyas grandma. We left the house at 6.30am and by 9.40 we had arrvived. Shuya led me to believe her grandma lived in a care home! This was not a care home it was a huge place that i thought could be a chinese version of a council estate. But it turned out it was a town and when we walked through to the otherside it became clear that there was a high street, supermarket, huge town hall and everything you would need! We have noticed the amount of exposed electrical wiring in
the countryside as well as the cities and not a lot of evidence of the
underground wiring we are used to on the roads in NZ. Also on buildings under
repair and construction the fragile looking scaffolding that we did not think
would pass OSH here!
