... over as I strolled along the Broken Bridge.

The big disappointment in Dandong was that I wasn't able to see the Museum of Resisting the US and Aiding Korea, China's biggest Korean War museum, as it was apparently closed indefinitely for no particular reason. My taxi driver kindly tried to explain to me that the museum was closed before he took me there, but I didn't ...

... I had heard that Dandong had many excellent Korean restaurants run by ethnically Korean Chinese. Picked up by a guide and driver we headed off on a tour off Dandong starting with the Great Wall of China. The Great Wall of China starts near Dandong and across the river from North Korea.

We hiked along the river separating China with DRPK from a spot called 1 meter leap were one could just about jump into DRPK. There were armed Chinese and Korean soldiers watching. When we got to the first tower of the wall we followed the wall ...

... argue now. But because the US has the biggest economy they control others, so I asked then would China become the imperialist when their economy exceeds the US. I realized I had possibly said too much. While we have the luxury to say and think what we like, that luxury is not available to North Koreans, they have to externally espouse the country's view irrespective of what they really may think. Maybe ignorance is easier and safer for the locals.I ...
