    Friday, we were greeted at the train station, early evening, by a committee. The six of us and luggage were driven in 3 different cars directly to a banquet hall where we were hosted and toasted for several hours. The table full of locals included Fan Yan, our paper cutter friend, the local C. Party Secretary, 2 school principals, teachers, administrators, financial experts and others.
