Lunch at Grand ma. Ordered 5 dishes among 2 people. Lots of leftover. Good food.
Activity: west lake. Rode the ferry and also a small boat. Painful feet. Guide: Shuzhen Song (1st day at Trinity). She's from Qingdao.

This time I am going by train. sometime soon I will upload a few photos, I took the overnight train, (2pm in the afternoon to 7:30am in the morning) from Hangzhou to Shenzhen, then a quick hop across the border and metro to Wan Chai where the Visa office is.

... check-in guy let our bags through - one was just over 30kgs, and and the carry-on was near 15. The limits for each are 23 and 10. We weren't complaining though! After a two hour flight, we were back home in Nanyang. I can never understand why it takes 90 mins to fly one way, and 2 hours to fly the other way? Same distance.
A great week, with plenty of variation, quite tiring at times, good weather mostly - though it is definitely getting colder, and great to see Ana again.
