So I'm finally home! The last day ini Oslo was pretty good. I decided I'd had enough art and literature so I went for history. I visited the Fram/Gja museum (all about polar exploration) and the Maritime History museum. I tried then for Henrik Ibsen's place but ran out of time. From then on it was all cleaning and packing. I was out of the hotel at 4 am and ended up home around 10 pm our time. There were adventures with every check in and we came within seconds of being diverted ...

... Lincoln, all former presidents of the United States. There faces are to remember them and for what they did for the country. There was a nice exhibition hall to check out underneath the viewing area which also had a small theatre that plays a short film every 15 minutes. ... that will surely be interesting to observe. It will likely be more difficult to find the smiles amidst all the tension, but finding them in gruelling situations will be that much more rewarding. All of which makes the exhausting preparation, the ongoing planning, the uncertainties, the risks, the expenses and the subsequent sacrifices worthwhile. So Asia here we come, with open hearts and hopefully still strong enough bodies to carry those backpacks around again.
