We stayed in High Cliff State park, on another gigantic lake (Lake Winnebago!) with big gigantic beautiful limestone cliffs that you can walk along and even through. We enjoyed walking through ...

While I have not seen as many fireworks show as some at the convention, it was general consensus that the finale of this show was just about the most intense fireworks finale any of us had ever seen . .. it keep building and building . . . being shot to the ...

While most of the demo's were 1.4 all but one of these were 1.3 product . . .

... one with us that had a least three generations of their family traveling together. They were constantly changing their seats and talking w/one another. It was really nice to see. They really give you a lot of food on our airline - Aliltalia (sp?). It was a breeze to get through customs in the Ohare airport. We were pretty tired once we got in Oshkosh though, it was 7:30 that eve. Traveled for 21 hours ...

... day and stopped at a mutual friends house and slept in the trailers, then showered in Andrews dorm showers. We all got a tour of the Andrews University campus, free shirts and free pens! woot! 5 more hours driving and we arrived at a huge temporary city of tents.
Once we pitched a tent just for the girls luggage, i could settle into my temporary home for the week in the Malins trailor. It didn't take me long to realise that I had left my toiletries in the ...

... most are here in their RV’s or have flown in and are sleeping under the wings of their planes.

What a set up these guys from EAA (Experimental Aviation Association) have provided for air enthusiasts. The show has been going for 35 years and you can see why they come here year after year.

You can camp at EAA if you are a member, so we joined for the year at $40.00 and camping per night (no site facilities but toilets showers water and dump station is not far away ...

... in nothing more than a Scottish outfit that ironically is identical to a catholic school girl outfit. Now, before you roll your eyes, this place had amazing food, offered me a great spot to watch my Detroit Red Wings, and, unlike a famous chain that starts with Hoo and ends with Ters, the girls here were incredibly nice and were actually somewhat intelligent. We frequented this place on a number of occasions and were able to watch some sports and blow off some steam ...
