    ... we can do it in 4 hours easy. Google maps is saying it will take 6 1/2 hours and we soon find out why - the New Jersey Turnpike - OMG!!! 5 lanes heading south that merge down into 2 and are bumper to bumper for miles. We had to turn off to get gas at a gas station alongside the turnpike and the there was a queue of 6 cars 5 wide, that's 30 cars, waiting to get fuel. There were at least 50 women waiting in queue for the ladies room too.

    ... hot dogs, corn on the cob, potato salad devilled eggs, and a really good red kidney bean and bacon dish. Everything was amazing. We learnt that they cook the corn in water with milk and sugar - really nice, sweet and juicy.

    I never thought I would be going back home so soon after our trip in 2011 but I am. This time with my sister and her family. Initially, my older sister from Brisbane, Australia contacted me about planning a trip back home to celebrate our dad's 80th birthday next September.
