    ... soon. It's something to check off the bucket list for sure, but I don't think I would do a repeat... So left left Illinois crossed thru Indiana and our now just west of Cleveland.     We left South Bend early so we could drive 4 1/2 hours across Indiana and into Ohio to watch the Akron Rubber Ducks play an afternoon game (Sophie really wanted to see two of her favorite things - baseball and rubber ducks - together). Canal Park is a great little ballpark and the Rubber Ducks won, so we had fun, but there wasn't a single rubber duck to be found in the souvenir shop.     ... to be a major artery of transport. The cement walls of the many locks still remain as a reminder of life in the 19th century. One of the towns bordering the park is Hudson.
