    ... slowdowns in them. As I thought about all this, I smiled at what was on my ipod...Reuben and the Dark singing Devil's Highway...something about dying out there on the long and winding road!Those of you who have run with me know that I have several stories about lyrics on my runs that have come at strategic moments! and when I say highway...these vehicles are not travelling particularly fast..they can't!!

    ... lot of time in her house in Palca and she didn't really seem interested in participating in the group. Once we got to Canada though, she changed completely. Her English is quickly improving and she is just such a sweetheart. Any time I am feeling down I know I can just go talk to Deysi and her sense of humor kills me. Making fun of Daniela with Deysi is probably my favorite activity. The thing I'm most thankful for about Deysi is that she came out of her shell and I really got ...

    a massive undertaking - glad I was just picking up a car and not catching a flight - we were quite lost - my brother even had to ask someone directions!!

    My car is Toyota corolla, white - arrived in Red Deer about 4.30 - Roanne had a gin/tonic in hand!! My accommodation is beautiful.......

    hello everybody!
    this is the first day since being here i have had the chance to sit down myself. so get in a comfy seat..and grab a we could be talking for a while.
