We had lots of frost on the tent this morning when we woke up at our very remote campsite. Frost wasn't so bad though, we were likely to end up with cows roaming the campsite as they were roaming the road up to it. Pretty chilly morning though, but we survived.

Highway to Hell
... hours away from Kamloops cause the drive had wiped me out, mostly the first 4 hours. Zonked right out and awoke 30 minutes later feeling very revived.
Got to the hotel and then zoomed downtown to check it out. Was a little bit of light left, so parked the car and walked around. Had a bite, then back to the hotel for a hot tub - oh yeah!!!!!

Kamloops is a really spreading large town and back of Canadian beyond..somewhat depressing ..hard to know where the activity is! Next morn with time to spare whilst the train positioning itself with several extra carriages (or pieces of equipment as they call it) 25 today, the bus took us on a little tour of the Kamloops …pretty grim!!

Another long drive got us as far as Kamloops. We booked into a motel with a swimming pool and slide as we were both craving a good swim. We chose a bit of England for our dinner and went to a chain Fish and Chip restaurant. For once, we went out early (5pm) and experienced the Canadian dinner rush, waiting for a table. Nach einer ruhigen Nacht und einer warmen Dusche frühstückten wir in aller Ruhe und checkten aus und dann machten wir uns auf zu einer Wanderung- geplant war eigentlich zum Lake Agnes, was uns aber aufgrund der Gegebenheiten unterwegs nicht wirklich gelang.
