A Quick Drive

A travel blog entry by yellowstoners on Nov 13, 2014

On our way out from Washington D.C. we decided to stop at Arlington Cemetery, but not for long. After arriving we immediately felt a strange sadness everywhere. It was probably the saddest places I have ever been to in my life. We only stayed for about 30 minutes. We could not stay any longer even if we tried. the only things of note that we did witness there was J.F.K.'s ...

A good hike

Once we were checked into the hotel my brain tumor felt better so we walked across the road to see the Formula 1 film "Rush". Which I give a 8 out of 10.

Dinner was spent at the "Texas Roadhouse". Me and Les shared a 22oz Porterhouse steak which ...

The next morning we woke up early and headed to breakfast. We had eggs and toast and coffee before heading back on the bus. There were quite a few stragglers, as not everyone wanted to leave or was listening, or didn't care what this awful tour guide had said the previous day about being on time. When all of us were settled we were on our way to our one and final stop. Shenandoah caverns.

Shenandoah caverns are these underground caverns 150 feet ...
