... a tendency on some pix to slant the camera down to the left, causing me to muse about any Blurb book.

First rum and coke in four weeks. Got the little bottle from AC which was a pleasant surprise. Pasta dinner was better than expected. The music options need some work but Foreigner and INXS albums were the best of it. It became a pattern of rest, some music and watch the flight map.

Got to the airport without incident. Things seemed to go pretty smoothly even though it was a busy week for everyone leading up to the trip. Hamilton Airport is definitely the right place to fly from. Easy to get to, not at all busy, free wifi, comfy chairs and generally stress free. ... snow all over our faces. We then realised that it was cold. Burning cold. So we headed to the university and its hot buildings. We poured all the snow out of our clothing, waited until we had feeling back in our hands and faces, then it was back outside to play and admire some more.
It was FUN, but by 11.30, we reaised we do actually need to study. Argh. 7 more days and exams are over.... then off to ...

... have to readjust... which is ok since we have lost ALOT of strength and speed in the 7 weeks of not training. VERY frustrating... but we are in a good gym which has all the equipment we need. Hopefully we can gain almost as fast as we lost. One more week of rehab training then we get stuck into the new Olympic lift program Jase is concocting. Its been 7 days since our first squat session here and we are still sore. At least we can walk again. ...
