Banff - Enderby (Trans-Canada-Hwy)
Unser letzter Halt in Banff war quasi eine Einbahnstraße – um auf unsere geplante Route zurück zu gelangen, mussten wir erst mal die 60 km nach Lake Louise wieder zurück.
Von dort konnten wir dann am nächsten Tag auf den Trans-Canada-Highway abbiegen, der, wie der Name schon vermuten lässt, Kanada einmal komplett von Ost nach West durchquert.

We have been in transit from Seattle into the Canadian Rocky Mountains. It was roundabout as we took the slow road through the Okanagan Valley. Free, Frugal, Yet Fun!

We had 2 breakdowns, one requiring a tow truck and neither major with repairs costing $845. I was asked many times on this trip (and on past trips), “what’s your favourite country”? That’s always difficult to answer, as find all of the countries I visit on every trip to be interesting in their own unique way.

... eve for a rousing game of Settlers of Cattan; Brian (whose new home is truly in a spectacular situation, overlooking the lake) dropped in for Sunday breakfast; David and Nicole are in Kelowna, resuming study after some great time in Italy.
