... train station. As we walk to the train station, a lady catches Aaron carrying practically all the bags, and says "you lost the coin toss didn’t you" and laughs. We all laughed and asked here where we could go to enter the train station. Both her and the homeless man in hearing gave us directions. As we walk away we are noticing just how helpful people are here in America and how polite they all are.

For a country that is 90 miles away, I couldn't tell you anything about its physical geography, any major cities and besides Havana, Varadero, Cienfuegos and Trinidad, or what their government and policies really are. I'm not even sure what their currency is. All of my understanding of Cuba comes from Guys and Dolls and a certain Mr. Desi Arnaz.

... at a massive sea of grass. It was a confusing place as everywhere we drove we found locked gates. We drove the only road without a gate and added STILT SANDPIPER, LONG-BILLED DOWITCHER, lots of COMMON GALLINULES and IVORY-BILLED DUCKS (ok coots for all you haters). We added LESSER YELLOWLEGS and several PURPLE SWAMPHENS. JACKPOT. I don't care these things are exotic I think they are cool. They look like big, angry chickens with toes the size of tennis ...
