Stuart at last!
... wine & hors d'oeuvres galore. The week culminated with Thanksgiving Day with turkey and dressing and pumpkin pies. The owners of Indiantown Marina provide their guests and family and friends everything at no charge. It's their way of thanking everyone for their loyalty and business. They did a wonderful job. We'll be in touch. We'll keep busy with several more projects on the boat. Till later, All our love, Kathy & Denny

The boatyard - land of dreams
... who sailed their boat here from Sweden across the Atlantic bound for who knows where. Our friend Dale, who we traveled with to the Abacos in 2011, just left here. He and his crew are headed back to the Abacos on Allegria, a beautiful boat he built. There are well over 60 boats in the work yard and everyone is hard at work on getting ready to launch.

Workin' hard in Indiantown
... most of the boats had mildew and mold problems. As of Thursday, Nov. 15, we are all moved aboard, the entire cabin cleaned and hanging closets cleaned and painted and now Den is busy working on the hull and bottom, painting and waxing. We'll be here for several more days at least before we will be ready to launch and then head to Loggerhead Marina in Stuart again. MORE TO COME! Here's a few pics.

The Road Trip - "for a reason"
... loading up the car, Denny doubled over in extreme pain. He thought it might be an appendicitis attack, but didn't know. He was sweating profusely and nauseous so my sister drove straight to the ER at the local hospital and they began the tests. After a CAT scan, an ultrasound, blood tests and urine tests, they found a kidney stone. It had moved from when he first arrived and the pain had subsided. Down town Stuart Adventures
... in distress scared stiff about something jumping out the water and getting her baby. We also walked to the highest point of Florida - Hobe Lookout @ 86ft. Yep! It's not all big in the USA, but it was a great view of the scrub land to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east. Then off to Bubba Gump's for more of the good stuff....fried food and over to Jupiters to spy on the rich and famous.....but alas no one was home. ...
